Our Process
Looking for a quote to get your project started? We’ll need to gather your project specifications in order to provide an accurate scope, before we can provide a quote. Schedule a call using Calendly to get started today.
The lead time for each project can vary depending on the parameters and scope of services provided. Have a Testing project? On average, we’ll need 3-5 business days to initiate a test or for expedited testing services, 1-2 days to initiate testing.
Design and Engineering project timelines will be determined by project scope. All project lead times are subject to project specifications. Project start and completion times will be determined during our scoping process. Contact us today to get started!
Yes! Our team is here to help get your time-sensitive project completed as soon as possible. Purple Diamond offers expedited services on a per project basis for an additional fee. Contact us today to learn more about pricing for our expedited services.
Yes. For an additional fee, local pick-up is available on a per project basis. Our team will coordinate the delivery or pick-up of your test sample during test project planning and prior to beginning testing. If at any time, you have any questions about the delivery or pick-up of your test samples, visit our Contact Us page to submit a service ticket.
Yes. When samples are received and testing commences, you’ll receive an email or phone call from the team at Purple Diamond. If at any time, you have any questions about the receipt of your test samples or the status of your testing project, visit our Contact Us page to submit a service ticket.

All test samples are responsibly disposed of, destroyed, or returned after the completion of testing. Disposal and proof of destruction of test samples may be provided for an additional fee. Samples will be handled as directed, determined upon signing, and prior to beginning testing. Purple Diamond is an accredited testing laboratory. Our facility does not house a chemistry laboratory and we do not perform any clinical laboratory testing. We’ll begin by gathering your project specifications in order to create a scope of work. Purple Diamond will provide a budgetary estimate or formal quote once the scoping process has been completed. After any necessary paperwork has been collected, we’ll establish a test plan to meet your project’s testing objectives and arrange to receive your testing samples. Payments & Pricing
